A private internal app for Ninar Restaurant kitchen staff — operational use only

1. Introduction
This policy explains how the Ninar Kitchen app (“the App”) handles information. The App is for authorized Ninar Restaurant kitchen staff only. It is not a public consumer app.
By using the App with your employer’s authorization, you confirm you are an authorized employee and agree to this policy.
2. Nature of the App
The App is an operational tool to view kitchen orders and update their status (e.g. in preparation, ready, delivered). It is distributed for in-restaurant staff use, not as a general public booking or ordering app.
The App does not offer self-registration and does not collect email or phone number sign-up from users.
3. What We Collect
We do not collect customer or visitor personal data through this App.
Sign-in uses a 3-digit access code created by an administrator in the management panel and given to the employee — employees do not choose their own code in the App.
The server may store (for operations only): the code, an optional display name for the staff member (if set), department permissions, and logs of kitchen-related actions (e.g. confirming or delivering items).
Your device may locally store a session token (JWT access token) after login so you stay connected without re-entering the code each time.
We do not use ads, sell data, or integrate third-party analytics or commercial tracking in the App.
4. What We Do Not Collect
We do not request or collect through the App: location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, health data, or other sensitive employee personal information.
Email and mobile number are not collected from staff through the App itself.
5. Why We Use This Information
To verify authorized staff and grant access to assigned kitchen departments.
To display reservation orders and items and update their status in real time inside the restaurant.
To keep internal operational records when needed (e.g. who confirmed sending an order to the kitchen).
6. Data Sharing
We do not share App data with third parties for marketing.
Data is processed on servers connected to Ninar Restaurant’s booking system (https://booking.ninar.online) and is not transferred except as required to run the service inside the restaurant.
7. Security and Retention
Access codes and permissions are managed by administrators and can be disabled or revoked at any time.
Operational data is retained while the code is active and as needed for internal restaurant operations.
8. Your Rights
For questions about your operational data or to deactivate your access code, contact restaurant management or your system administrator — not through a public in-app form.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended for use by them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when needed. The “Last updated” date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
